Just got SMS from a friend, telling that the price of the fuel will be more expensive tomorrow. It is believed that the price will rise by 50 sen & the new price for the fuel are:

• RON95 – RM1.85
• RON97 – RM2.10
• Diesel – RM1.75

So, tonight’s petrol & diesel pump will have a long queue, hurry up!

Police raid on a premises with suspicion of drug abused, turned to be more than what they are looking for. In addition to find the drug addict man, the police has successfully discovered an unauthenticated oil syndicate. The place which was raid had an illegal operation of processing authenticated oil, to be more specific, lubricant oil, gear oil and brake oil.

The oil cost is much cheaper than the original from producer which may attract the workshop’s interest. Those workshops may either not knowing about this matter or maybe just choose to purchase a cheaper one despite of its originality. We, as user may not know about it, as normally we choose to leave those services including the oil products under the mechanic’s care.

Now, maybe it is time for those oil products have security feature which could differentiate the original from the fake. Or maybe, the safest ways for users is by purchasing the original oils from the petrol station or authenticated shops & then pass them to mechanics for the service.
