Learned from TheStarOnline that the price of both Petrol and Diesel will be reduced by 10 sen.
Now:
RON97 = RM2.45 (intially RM2.55)
RON92 = RM2.30 (intially RM2.40)
Diesel = RM2.40 (intially RM2.50)

Starting from tomorrow the RON97 Petrol price will drop as much as RM0.15, resulting to RM2.55 per litre while diesel price will drop to RM2.50 (RM0.08 reduction).

Petrol price will be evaluated monthly from Sept 1 with regards to the average global market price and subsidy will be set at RM0.30sen a litre. The Government guaranteed Malaysians that petrol price would not surpass RM2.70 a litre for this year.
