PLUS Tol Discount for CNY

For this coming festive season, the Chinese New Year (CNY), PLUS is giving discounts as high as 20% (additional 10% to previous 10% discount). The discount is only available on the 10, 11, 12, 17, 18 and 19 this month from midninght to 7 am. I believe the main objective of this discount is to encourage motorist to travel outside the peak hour or pack hour.
