
Recently, Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution was launched in Malaysia without the ‘X’ symbol in its name.
The Lancer Evo comes with 6-speed Twn Clutch SST (sport shift transmission) which automatically optimizes gear shift timing. The Evo is equip with 18-inch BBS lightweight alloy wheels (weight less than 1kg each), Eiback coil springs, Bilstein shock absorbers, suspensions with Macpherson strut in front and multi-link in the rear, HID (high intensity discharge) head lamps with AFS (adaptive front lighting system), Recaro full bucket front seats, 9-speaker Rckford Fosgate audio system, keyless operating system and sun-roof.
The car is powered by 1,998 cc intercooled turbocharged DOHC MIVEC with max power of 291hp @ 6,500 rpm and Max torque of 366 Nm @ 3,500 rpm.
The special feature of the car, perhaps is its rain sensor.
The price of the car with insurance is RM323,888 OTR.

To remain competitive with the market, Perodua has revive its exisitng Perodua Myvi to a sportier, more solid looks. The front enhancement involved its new grille implant with more lively logo repositioned in the middle, more brawny look bumper with a large airscoop in the middle and a new smoother bonnet.

At the back, the bumper looks sportier with a better reflector strips on either corner.

Interiorly, new feature fabric was installed with a better new trimmed centre console panel dashboard. The obvious enhancement on the cockpit is its new 3 meter feature with a blueish or amberish accents which makes it more expensive than before.

The new 1.3 Premium edition was added with a few feature and item where firstly, its driver seats height can be adjusted, an additional hook (for hanging plastic bags) and a better glass for preventing transmission of ultraviolet (91% filtered).

The price of the new Myvi 2nd Generation is slightly higher. The price inclusive of the insurance are as below.

There is also a 3 year or 100,000 km factory warranty with an option of Extended Warranty for another 3 years or 75,000 km.
