Oil Rebates is only for Malaysian Citizens

According to Second Finance Minister, Tan Sri Nor Mohamed Yakcop, only vehicle owner who are Malaysian citizens are entitled to the fuel rebate. Malaysian permanent residents are not entitled to the cash rebates announced for car owners. This is one of the initiatives taken by the government to protect the Malaysian citizens against the hectic of the fuel price hike.
